Apart from the good education, the residents of the municipality attach great importance to culture in all its aspects. Evidence of this are actively ongoing in community centres, the libraries are full of books and there are numerous amateur groups and performers. The community centre „Gradishte“ in Svoge, founded in 1907, has become, over the years the most significant cultural and information centre for the town and the municipality. In it is centred the artistic, informational and cultural-historical activity of this region. The library has over 59,000 volumes of books in all fields of knowledge, as 
well as periodicals. A comfortable computer room provides access for citizens and visitors of Svoge to information from the global network too. Amateur art activities have attracted the interest of many children, teenagers and adults. 
The Dance group „Balkanche“ enjoyed numerous successes at home and abroad. A wealth of awards from national and European festivals. The female vocal group for authentic folklore also carries many successes to its community centre. Modern art is also enjoying success. The Museum exhibition commemorates the beautiful area of Svoge. In 2007 the community centre „Gradishte-1907“ celebrated its 100th anniversary under the motto: „A great love and nothing else.“ Love, which brings in his heart anyone, touched by the magic of the community centre.
Rich artistic and creative activity also developed the centres: „Hristo Botev“ in the village Tserovo, „Svetlina“ in the village station Bov and „Vazrajdane“ in the village of Iskrets.
